1) Everyday has something in it that God wants us to learn, guiding us in building the kingdom of God. We must not waste a single day.
2) When we partake of the sacrament, we should remember the sacrifice Jesus Christ made for us and the promise we have made, through baptism, to God.
3) According to the gospel, you must be baptized, by one having authority from God, and believe in Jesus Christ, to partake of the sacrament.
4) When we believe and remember Jesus Christ, we will have his spirit to be with us.
